Important Information for CCDC Patients

At Central Carolina Dermatology of High Point, our dermatologists are exceptional at what they do – helping patients maintain optimal dermatology health.

We have 3 convenient triad locations. Our main office is located in High Point. Our satellite offices are located in Kernersville and Lexington. Let us know which location would be more convenient for you.

We will verify and update your information when scheduling an appointment. Please have your insurance information available when scheduling.

We are accepting new patients at all locations. Call us today to schedule your appointment.

We are no longer accepting new patients with Medicaid as their primary insurance. We will continue to see current, established patients with Medicaid as their primary insurance. If it has been 3 or more years since your last date of service, you are considered to be a new patient.
You may schedule an appointment with your dermatologist for 1 of 2 reasons :

1. A “Total Body Check” /Annual Exam

OR

2. A “problem-focused” office visit

Unfortunately, the two appointments cannot be combined.

If you and your provider decide a procedure needs to be performed, an additional appointment may be required.

Procedures are generally applied to your deductible. If you haven’t met your deductible, you will be expected to pay towards the cost of the procedure at the time of your visit (at least $100.00).

If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact the billing department at 336-887-3195.

Minors

North Carolina law, G.S. 90-21.1, indicates a parent must give consent for any non-emergency treatment. Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent.

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather, a message regarding our office hours will be posted to our Facebook page as well as our phone greeting. You may call our office the day of your appointment to confirm our hours. You can also visit wxii12.com for our office closings or delays.
Know Your Provider
While many health care providers offer dermatologic care and cosmetic procedures, the results depend on the provider's skill and experience. The American Academy of Dermatology recommends that you do your homework; know the qualifications of the provider you are considering.
