What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. WE ARE HAPPY TO SEE YOU AND WILL FILE YOUR INSURANCE, BUT WE ARE CONSIDERED AN OUT-OF-NETWORK PROVIDER. North Carolina law, G.S. 90-21.1, indicates a parent must give consent for any non-emergency treatment. Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
